Abstract

The invention reveals a screw tightening device comprising a fixture, a feeding mechanism, a locking mechanism, and an inspection mechanism. The fixture includes a table, and the inspection mechanism includes a first inspection module. The invention provides a screw to the tightening mechanism to tighten the screw into the workpiece and, through the first inspection module, determines whether the length of the screw tightened into the workpiece meets the requirements, thereby judging whether the tightening quality meets the standard. Compared to manual screw tightening and quality inspection, the invention can automate screw tightening and quality inspection, with higher work efficiency, thereby improving product manufacturing efficiency and inspection accuracy.
