Sliding rail locking mechanism

Abstract

The invention relates to a sliding rail locking mechanism (10) comprising a base assembly (1), an engaging part (21), an actuator (22), and a locking part (25), and designed to be mounted on a sliding rail (100) comprising an outer rail (101) and an inner rail (103). The base assembly (1) comprises a base (12), an outer frame (11), and an inner support frame (13) which, in conjunction with the base (12), form a moving slot (132d). The outer frame (11) has a cantilevered roof section (114), an outer connecting part (111), and an engaging part (112). The engaging part (21) is detachable and can be fitted with the engaging part (112). One end of the cantilevered roof section (114) located away from the outer connecting part (111) is constructed with a locking groove (114c). The locking part (25) can be fitted with the locking groove (114c). The drive unit (22) can move in the moving slot (132d) to make the coupling unit (21) rotate so that the coupling unit (21) is separated from the coupling part (112) of the outer frame (11).
