Abstract

The invention relates to an automated safety labeling mechanism comprising: a positioning module for product positioning; a first unloading module for transporting the product from the positioning module to the transport module; a transport module for positioning the product, transporting it to the feed module, and transporting the product with the safety label applied to the next stage; and a feed module including a feeding device and a robot. The feeding device is used to supply the safety labeling auxiliary material, and the robot's drive head is equipped with a suction device for sucking up the safety label and applying it to the product. The invention performs the automatic application of safety labels to the product surface, thereby improving production efficiency and enhancing the accuracy and consistency of the safety label application position.
