Method for monitoring fiber length across multiple lines

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of textile engineering, and specifically to a method, apparatus, computer equipment, and storage medium for monitoring yarn length on multiple lines. The method for monitoring yarn length on multiple lines includes the following steps: receiving the start of weaving notification and obtaining basic monitoring parameters from the start of weaving notification; after obtaining the basic monitoring parameters, obtaining the standard yarn length value and obtaining the yarn length control range based on the standard yarn length value; initiating a yarn length monitoring command based on the yarn length control range, obtaining the current yarn length value in real time, and comparing the current yarn length value with the yarn length control range to obtain a comparison result; and initiating a stop of weaving command when the comparison result indicates that the current yarn length value exceeds the yarn length control range. The invention improves the accuracy of monitoring results in the yarn length monitoring process.
