The invention relates to a display device and a display panel. The display device may consist of a display panel and several circuit boards connected to the display panel, wherein the display panel may consist of an electrode pattern arranged on a base and a buffer that is electrically connected to the circuit boards, wherein the buffer may consist of a first buffer arranged on the electrode pattern to overlap with it, and wherein the first buffer may consist of several first buffer wires arranged to be separately isolated from each other.
