Abstract

The invention proposes a light-emitting diode display device comprising: a display panel; first, second, and third pixel regions; light-emitting diodes in each of the first emission region of the first pixel region, the second emission region of the second pixel region, and the third emission region of the third pixel region; a transmittance-converting layer arranged on the display panel and in each emission region; a touch electrode layer arranged on one side of the transmittance-converting layer and comprising first and second touch electrodes, wherein the first touch electrode is arranged in each emission region, and the second touch electrode is arranged in each of the first non-emitting region and the second non-emitting region; and a control electrode arranged on the other side of the transmittance-converting layer and corresponding to the first touch electrode.
