Abstract

The plastic pallet structure includes: multiple face plates, a support frame, at least two or more corresponding base plates, and numerous fixing details. The face plates have multiple through-holes at the corresponding joints to allow the installation of the aforementioned fixing details; in addition, the back of the face plate has multiple locking segments to allow the horizontal support frame section to be fitted and secured; furthermore, on one side of the support frame corresponding to the base plate, there is an extended limit section (preferably on both sides); each base plate has multiple through-holes at the corresponding joints to allow the end of the fixing detail to be fitted and secured through the face plate; along one side of the base plate is a recessed compartment, and multiple locking segments extending from the compartment allow the limit section at the end of the support frame to be fitted and secured;The end of the fixing element has at least two protruding support segments for fitting into the corresponding through-holes on the faceplate and base as described above, and along the other end of the fixing element there are at least two elastic segments, so that after the fixing element passes through the through-hole of the base as described above, its position will be limited by the corresponding protruding stopper segments around it; thus, the pallet can be assembled quickly.
