Abstract

The invention proposes a light-emitting display device. This light-emitting display device comprises a substrate consisting of a first and second region; a control element layer on the substrate; a light-emitting element layer consisting of a smoothing layer on the control element layer and light-emitting diodes on the smoothing layer, wherein the smoothing layer consists of an irregular structure arranged on the second region, wherein each of the light-emitting diodes consists of a first electrode, an emitting layer and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode of at least one of the light-emitting diodes has an irregular surface corresponding to this irregular structure, and wherein this irregular structure consists of a protruding structure.
