Abstract

The invention's design is directed toward a display that controls the viewing angles independently. The display may consist of a display area comprising a first and second area controlled independently of the viewing angles, and a gate operator circuit located in the non-display area outside of the display area. The gate operator circuit may consist of a first switch connected to the first subpixel of the first area, and a second switch connected to the second subpixel of the second area. Each of the first and second switches may selectively provide a first light emission control signal and a second light emission control signal in response to the first and second viewing angle control signals.
