Abstract

The invention proposes a modular assembly, comprising modular blocks (100) together forming the outer wall of the modular assembly, and each modular block (100) comprising an upper modular block (100a) and a lower modular block (100b); an internal channel (200) is formed inside the outer wall between the upper modular block (100a) and the lower modular block (100b), and longitudinal channels (400a, 400b) extend from the upper modular block (100a) down to the lower modular block (100b), such that the longitudinal channels (400a, 400b) intersect and connect with the internal channel (200).
