Abstract

The invention proposes a deposition mask comprising: a frame in which the opening through which the deposition material passes is defined; and a mask plate arranged on the frame, comprising at least one region of overlapping pattern of the opening in the direction through which the deposition material passes is formed. The frame comprises a groove extending in the first direction, a channel extending in the second direction intersecting the first direction and communicating with the groove, and a channel extending in the third direction intersecting the first and second directions and communicating with the first channel. The first channel connects the groove and the second channel. The second channel comprises an injection hole into which the external fluid is injected.
