Abstract

The invention relates to a frequency-variable display. In the frequency-variable display, a frame cycle consists of a vertical operating cycle during which data voltage is applied to the subpixel and a vertical blank cycle following the vertical operating cycle during which data voltage is not applied to the subpixel. Likewise, in a frame cycle with a frame frequency lower than the predetermined maximum frame frequency within the frequency-variable range, the scan signal applied to the subpixel has one gate-on cycle to turn on the first switching transistor connected between the data line and the operator transistor, and the sensor signal applied to the subpixel has two or more gate-on cycles to turn on the second switching transistor connected between the operator transistor and the reference voltage line.
