Abstract
Description
Pouch film laminate, pouch-type battery case and pouch-type secondary battery Cross-citation with related applications This application claims the benefit of priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2023-0154026, filed November 8, 2023, Korean Patent Application No. 10-2024-0065939, filed May 21, 2024, and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2024-0085794, filed June 28, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technology field The present invention relates to a pouch film laminate, a pouch-type battery case, and a pouch-type secondary battery. Secondary batteries are used not only in small products such as digital cameras, P-DVDs, MP3 players, mobile phones, PDAs, portable game devices, power tools, and e-bikes, but also in large products requiring high output such as electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, as well as in power storage devices that store surplus generated power or renewable energy and power storage devices for backup purposes. Typically, secondary batteries are manufactured by applying electrode active material slurry to a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode current collector to manufacture a positive electrode and a negative electrode, laminating them on both sides of a separator to form an electrode assembly of a predetermined shape, then housing the electrode assembly in a battery case, injecting electrolyte, and sealing it. Secondary batteries are classified into pouch type and can type, depending on the material of the case housing the electrode assembly. Pouch type batteries house the electrode assembly in a pouch made of a flexible polymer material. Can type batteries house the electrode assembly in a case made of materials such as metal or plastic. A pouch-type battery case is manufactured by forming a cup portion by performing press processing on a flexible pouch film laminate. Then, once the cup portion is formed, an electrode assembly is accommodated in the cup portion's receiving space and a sealing portion is sealed to manufacture a secondary battery. Among these press processes, drawing forming is performed by inserting a pouch film into a press device and applying pressure to the pouch film laminate with a punch to stretch the pouch film laminate. The pouch film laminate is generally formed of multiple layers, each of which has a polymer film, such as polyethylene terephthalate, laminated on one side of a metal gas barrier layer and a sealant layer laminated on the other side. Meanwhile, with the recent rise in demand for high-capacity batteries, such as those for electric vehicles and energy storage systems (ESS), there is a growing need for battery cases capable of accommodating more electrode assemblies. Accordingly, attempts are being made to increase the depth of the cup molding in pouch-type battery cases, or to use a dual-cup molding method that increases the volume of the cups by molding them separately in the upper and lower cases. In the conventional manufacturing of pouch film laminates, a slip agent is included in the sealant layer of the innermost layer of the pouch film to prevent adhesion between pouch films and to facilitate post-processing, or a slip agent is applied to the surface of the sealant layer. However, if an excessive amount of slip agent is present on the surface of the sealant layer, the mold for forming the cup portion is excessively contaminated, which reduces the processability or reduces the friction, which causes wrinkles to form in the pouch film laminate during cup portion forming. In addition, if a small amount of slip agent is present on the surface of the sealant layer, the formability is reduced during cup portion forming. At this time, in order to achieve better formability and processability, the properties of the sealant layer surface must be controlled within an appropriate range, taking into account not only the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer, but also the relationship with the molding die in close contact therewith. Therefore, there is a need to develop a pouch film laminate to prevent contamination of the mold to improve processability and to prevent deterioration of formability that occurs during cup molding. The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and provides a pouch film laminate, a pouch-type battery case, and a pouch-type secondary battery, which control the amount of an active agent present on the surface of a sealant layer measured by a specific measuring method within a certain range, while also controlling the surface roughness of the sealant layer within a certain range, thereby improving the processability and reducing wrinkles and formability that appear during cup molding. The pouch film laminate according to the present invention controls the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer within a certain range and simultaneously controls the surface roughness of the sealant layer within a certain range, thereby improving processability by reducing contamination of the mold due to the large surface area of the sealant layer and excessive lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer, and preventing wrinkles occurring during cup molding, thereby improving the formability of the pouch film laminate. In addition, it prevents deterioration of formability due to insufficient amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer and high surface roughness of the sealant layer. Figure 5 is a drawing showing the occurrence of wrinkles at the maximum forming depth when a cup portion is formed on a pouch film laminate manufactured according to Comparative Example 2. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. Terms or words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as limited to their usual or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted as meanings and concepts that conform to the technical spirit of the present invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the term to explain his or her own invention in the best possible manner. In the present invention, the MD direction (Machine Direction) means the longitudinal direction of the pouch film laminate, and the TD direction (Transverse Direction) means the width direction of the pouch film laminate. In the present invention, the surface roughness (Ra) was measured using an optical measuring instrument (NV-2700, Optical Profiler, Nano System), and the lens used was Lens i20X, FOV 1.0X (FOV ~ 316㎛ ⅹ 237㎛), and the measurement was performed using WSI envelope mode. Specifically, the scan range was 10㎛ up / down, and the surface roughness was measured for 7 points in each 2D topo image (316㎛ ⅹ 237㎛) measured at an arbitrary point on the sample, and the average and standard deviation were calculated for the values of 5 points excluding the maximum and minimum values. In the present invention, the average particle diameter (D50) refers to the particle diameter corresponding to 50% of the volume accumulation amount in the particle diameter distribution curve. The average particle diameter (D50) can be measured using, for example, the laser diffraction method. The laser diffraction method can generally measure particle diameters from the submicron range to several millimeters, and can obtain results with high reproducibility and high resolution. The present inventors have repeatedly developed a pouch film laminate that prevents a decrease in processability due to frequent mold cleaning, suppresses wrinkles that occur during molding of a cup portion of a pouch film laminate, and increases the maximum molding depth of the cup portion. As a result, they have found that a pouch film laminate having excellent processability and moldability can be manufactured when the amount of an active agent present on the surface of a sealant layer measured by a specific measuring method is controlled within a certain range, while also controlling the surface roughness of the sealant layer within a certain range, thereby completing the present invention. Pouch film laminate FIG. 1 illustrates one embodiment of a pouch film laminate according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the pouch film laminate according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. Referring to FIG. 1, the pouch film laminate (1) according to the present invention includes a sequentially laminated substrate layer (10), a gas barrier layer (20), and a sealant layer (30), and the amount of an active agent present on the surface of the sealant layer (30) is 5 mg / m. 2 25 mg / m 2 , and the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer is 0.1 ㎛ to 0.5 ㎛, and the amount of the lubricant is as follows: the pouch film laminate is cut to 100 mm in the MD direction x 100 mm in the TD direction, 5 ml of chloroform is dropped on the surface of the sealant layer of the pouch film laminate, and left for 1 minute to prepare a lubricant extraction solution, and the amount of the lubricant included in the lubricant extraction solution is measured by gas chromatography. In the conventional manufacturing of pouch film laminates, in order to prevent adhesion between pouch film laminates and to facilitate post-processing, a slip agent is included in the sealant layer of the innermost layer of the pouch film, or a slip agent is applied to the surface of the sealant layer so that a slip agent is present on the surface of the sealant layer. However, if the amount of slip agent on the surface of the sealant layer is excessive, the molding mold quickly becomes contaminated with the slip agent, requiring frequent cleaning of the molding mold, which reduces the processability. In addition, the frictional force is too low, which causes wrinkles to occur even at low molding strokes. In addition, in order to prevent the above-mentioned problems of processability and wrinkles, if no slip agent is present on the surface of the sealant layer, or if too little slip agent is present, adhesion between pouch film laminates occurs, which reduces the processability, or if the frictional force is too high during molding of the cup portion of the pouch film laminate, which reduces the maximum molding depth of the cup portion. Therefore, to improve fairness and formability, the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer must be controlled. Furthermore, since the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer can vary depending on the measurement method, the amount of lubricant that can achieve excellent fairness and formability must be measured using a specific measurement method. At this time, in order to realize better processability and formability, it is necessary to control not only the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer as described above, but also the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer to be formed within an appropriate range by considering the contact between the surface of the sealant layer and the forming mold. Specifically, even if the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer is within a certain range, if the surface roughness of the sealant layer is excessively low, there is a problem that excessive contact between the mold and the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer is caused by the excessively large surface area of the sealant layer. In other words, lubricant contamination of the mold increases, which causes wrinkles to occur during molding of the cup portion of the pouch film laminate, and the processability is reduced. Conversely, even if the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer is within a certain range, if the surface roughness of the sealant layer is excessively high, wrinkles may occur during molding of the cup portion of the pouch film laminate due to insufficient friction even if there is no lubricant contamination of the mold. In this case, frequent contact between the electrode assembly included in the cup portion and the wrinkled area with low durability of the cup portion may cause breakage of the electrode assembly or the cup portion, resulting in a deterioration of battery characteristics. That is, one feature of the present invention is to provide an excellent pouch film laminate having an excellent maximum molding depth and no wrinkles while simultaneously controlling the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer measured by a specific method and controlling the surface roughness of the sealant layer, thereby reducing contamination of the mold and realizing excellent processability. The amount of active agent present on the surface of the above sealant layer (30) is 5 mg / m 2 25 mg / m 2 Preferably, the amount of the active agent present on the surface of the sealant layer (30) is 5.5 mg / m 2 Above, 6mg / m 2 Above, 6.5 mg / m 2 Above, 7.0mg / m 2 Above, 7.5 mg / m 2 or more than 8.0 mg / m 2 It may be more than 25 mg / m 2 Below, 24mg / m 2 Below, 22mg / m 2 Below 20mg / m 2 Below, 18mg / m 2 Below, 16mg / m 2 Less than or equal to 15 mg / m 2 It may be less than or equal to 5 mg / m. More preferably, the amount of the active agent present on the surface of the sealant layer is 5 mg / m. 2 15 mg / m 2 It can be. The amount of active agent present on the surface of the sealant layer is 5 mg / m 2 If it is less than 25 mg / m, the frictional force is excessive, and a blocking phenomenon occurs during the manufacturing of the pouch film laminate, which reduces the processability, and a problem occurs in that the maximum forming depth is reduced during the forming of the cup part of the pouch film laminate. In addition, if the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer is less than 25 mg / m, 2In case of excess, the lubricant cleaning cycle of the mold is shortened due to the excessive lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer, which causes a problem of reduced processability, and since the mold slips due to low friction, the pouch film laminate is stretched unevenly, which causes a problem of wrinkles occurring during molding of the cup portion of the pouch film laminate. If wrinkles occur, the electrode assembly cannot be tightly accommodated inside the cup portion of the pouch film laminate, which causes a problem of reduced energy density. At this time, if the electrode assembly is forcibly accommodated, a problem of the electrode assembly being broken and a short circuit occurring occurs. Therefore, when the above-mentioned range is satisfied, excellent processability and formability can be realized. In addition, while satisfying the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer (30) described above, the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer (30) is 0.1 µm to 0.5 µm. Preferably, the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer may be 0.11 µm or more, 0.12 µm or more, or 0.13 µm or more, and may be 0.45 µm or less, 0.40 µm or less, 0.35 µm or less, or 0.30 µm or less, and more preferably, the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer may be 0.1 µm to 0.3 µm. When the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer is less than 0.1 µm while satisfying the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer (30) described above, the surface area of the sealant layer is large, so that the lubricant contamination in the mold is excessive, which lowers the processability, and also causes a problem of wrinkles occurring during molding of the cup portion of the pouch film laminate. In addition, when the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer exceeds 0.5㎛ while satisfying the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer (30) described above, a problem occurs in which wrinkles occur and formability deteriorates even if there is no lubricant contamination in the mold due to insufficient frictional force. That is, when the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer described above and the surface roughness of the sealant layer described above are simultaneously satisfied, excellent processability is realized by reducing lubricant contamination of the mold, and at the same time, the maximum forming depth is deep and wrinkles do not occur during molding of the cup portion of the pouch film laminate, so that excellent formability can be realized. The surface roughness of the sealant layer can be controlled in various ways, but preferably, it can be controlled by applying particles satisfying a specific average particle diameter (D50) range to the surface of the sealant layer, or by controlling the surface roughness of a nip roll used in a roll-to-roll process, and more preferably, it can be controlled by applying polyethylene (PE) particles or silicon (Si) particles satisfying a specific average particle diameter (D50) range to the surface of the sealant layer, or by controlling the surface roughness of a nip roll used in a roll-to-roll process, and even more preferably, it can be controlled by controlling the surface roughness of a nip roll used in a roll-to-roll process. When the above conditions are satisfied, it is preferable in that the surface roughness (Ra) of the sealant layer can be formed evenly while implementing excellent processability. As a method for measuring the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer (30), the amount of lubricant is measured by cutting the pouch film laminate to 100 mm in the MD direction x 100 mm in the TD direction, dropping 5 ml of chloroform on the surface of the sealant layer of the pouch film laminate, and leaving it for 1 minute to prepare a lubricant extraction solution, and then measuring the amount of lubricant included in the lubricant extraction solution using gas chromatography. In the case of the above method, it is preferable in that the amount of the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer can be accurately measured because the lubricant can be extracted with an appropriate type of solvent for an appropriate amount of time. On the other hand, if the lubricant is extracted for an excessive amount of time, the problem of excessive extraction may occur not only of the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer but also of the lubricant present inside the sealant layer, which may cause a problem of not being able to accurately measure the amount of the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer. If the amount of the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer cannot be accurately measured, even if the range of the amount of the lubricant according to the present invention is satisfied, a problem may occur in which the pouch film laminate does not exhibit excellent processability and formability effects. For example, if a solvent is dropped on the surface of the sealant layer and then left for more than 3 minutes, the lubricant contained inside the sealant layer may be excessively extracted by the solvent, making it difficult to accurately measure the amount of the lubricant on the surface of the sealant layer. For example, if two pouch film laminates are laminated to each other to form a pouch body by contacting the sealant layers, and then acetone instead of chloroform is injected into the inner space of the pouch body and left for 3 minutes instead of 1 minute while the surface of the sealant layer is in contact with the acetone, there is a problem that the amount of the lubricant contained within the sealant layer is excessively extracted into the solvent, rather than the amount of the lubricant on the surface of the sealant layer. In order to implement excellent formability and processability, the amount of the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer, rather than the amount of the lubricant contained within the sealant layer, must be clearly measured. Therefore, if the amount of the lubricant on the surface of the sealant layer is measured by excessively precipitating the lubricant contained within the sealant layer as described above, it is difficult to clearly determine the amount of the lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer that can implement excellent formability and processability. That is, one feature of the present invention is to clearly measure the amount of an active agent present on the surface of the sealant layer, which affects formability and processability, rather than the amount of an active agent included within the sealant layer. The method of measuring using the above gas chromatography is not limited as long as it is measured by a commonly used measuring device, but can be measured by, for example, GC-2010 plus (Shimadzu). The above-mentioned lubricant is not particularly limited as long as it is a compound capable of imparting slipperiness, but preferably may include at least one selected from the fatty acid amide series of compounds, and more preferably may include at least one selected from the group consisting of saturated fatty acid amide, unsaturated fatty acid amide, substituted amide, methylolamide, saturated fatty acid bisamide, unsaturated fatty acid bisamide, fatty acid ester amide, and aromatic bisamide. The above saturated fatty acid amide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be at least one selected from the group consisting of lauric acid amide, palmitic acid amide, stearic acid amide, behenic acid amide, and hydroxystearic acid amide. The above unsaturated fatty acid amide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be at least one selected from the group consisting of oleic acid amide and erucic acid amide. The above-mentioned substituted amide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be at least one selected from the group consisting of N-oleyl palmitic acid amide, N-stearylstearic acid amide, N-stearyl oleic acid amide, N-oleyl stearic acid amide, and N-stearyl erucic acid amide. The above methylolamide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be methylol stearic acid amide. The above saturated fatty acid bisamide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be at least one selected from the group consisting of methylene bisstearic acid amide, ethylene biscapric acid amide, ethylene bislauric acid amide, ethylene bisstearic acid amide, ethylene bishydroxystearic acid amide, ethylene bisbehenic acid amide, hexamethylene bisstearic acid amide, hexamethylene bisbehenic acid amide, hexamethylene hydroxystearic acid amide, N,N'-distearyl adipate amide, and N,N'-distearyl sebacinic acid amide. The above unsaturated fatty acid bisamide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene bisoleic acid amide, ethylene bis erucic acid amide, hexamethylene bisoleic acid amide, and N,N'-dioleyl sebacin acid amide. The above fatty acid esteramide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be stearoamide ethyl stearate. The above aromatic bisamide is not particularly limited, but may preferably be at least one selected from the group consisting of m-xylenebisstearic acid amide, m-xylenebishydroxystearic acid amide, and N,N'-cystearylisophthalic acid amide. More preferably, it may include at least one selected from erucamide, behenamide, oleamide, and ethylene-bisoleamide. When the above conditions are satisfied, it may be preferable in that it is possible to prevent whitening that occurs in the sealant layer and to prevent contamination that occurs during the molding process. Hereinafter, each layer of the pouch film laminate according to the present invention will be described in detail. (base layer) The substrate layer (10) is arranged on the outermost layer of the battery case to protect the electrode assembly from external impact and electrically insulate it. The substrate layer (10) may include at least one of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and nylon. According to one embodiment, the substrate layer (10) may have a laminated structure of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film (12) and a nylon film (14). At this time, it is preferable that the nylon film (14) is disposed on the gas barrier layer (20) side, i.e., on the inside, and the polyethylene terephthalate film (12) is disposed on the surface side of the battery case. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) has excellent durability and electrical insulation properties, and when a PET film is placed on the surface side, it exhibits excellent durability and insulation properties. However, in the case of the PET film, the adhesion with the aluminum alloy thin film constituting the gas barrier layer (20) is weak, and the stretching behavior is also different. Therefore, when the PET film is placed on the gas barrier layer side, the substrate layer and the gas barrier layer may be peeled off during the forming process, and the gas barrier layer may not be stretched uniformly, which may cause a problem of reduced formability. In contrast, since the stretching behavior of a nylon film is similar to that of an aluminum alloy thin film constituting the gas barrier layer (20), when a nylon film is placed between the polyethylene terephthalate and the gas barrier layer, an effect of improving formability can be obtained. The thickness of the above substrate layer (10) may be 5 µm to 70 µm, specifically 7 µm to 65 µm, and more specifically 10 µm to 60 µm. When the above range is satisfied, excellent formability and post-formation rigidity may be exhibited. In addition, when the substrate layer (10) has a laminated structure of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film (12) and a nylon film (14), the polyethylene terephthalate film may have a thickness of 5 μm to 30 μm, preferably 7 μm to 30 μm, and more preferably 10 μm to 27 μm, and the nylon film may have a thickness of 10 μm to 60 μm, preferably 10 μm to 55 μm, and more preferably 15 μm to 50 μm. When the thicknesses of the polyethylene terephthalate film and the nylon film satisfy the above ranges, excellent formability and post-formed rigidity may be exhibited. (gas barrier layer) The gas barrier layer (20) is laminated between the substrate layer (10) and the sealant layer (30) to secure the mechanical strength of the pouch, block the ingress of gas or moisture from outside the secondary battery, and prevent electrolyte leakage from inside the pouch-type battery case. The gas barrier layer (20) may be formed of a metal. For example, the gas barrier layer may be a metal thin film including one or more metals selected from the group consisting of aluminum (Al), copper (Cu), stainless steel (SUS), nickel (Ni), titanium (Ti), and invar (INVAR), but is not limited thereto. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the gas barrier layer (20) may be formed of an aluminum alloy thin film. When the gas barrier layer (20) is formed using an aluminum alloy thin film, a mechanical strength higher than a predetermined level can be secured, while being light in weight and ensuring complementary electrochemical properties and heat dissipation properties due to the electrode assembly and electrolyte. The aluminum alloy thin film may contain elements other than aluminum (Al). For example, the aluminum alloy thin film may contain at least one selected from the group consisting of iron (Fe), copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), and zinc (Zn). In another example, the gas barrier layer (20) may be formed of a stainless steel thin film. Specifically, the gas barrier layer (20) may be manufactured by molding and / or processing a stainless steel thin film. The gas barrier layer (20) formed of stainless steel has relatively low thermal conductivity, which is effective in preventing or delaying heat diffusion to other cells during thermal runaway, and has relatively high toughness, which can suppress cracking of the pouch during use of the pouch-type battery. The stainless steel may include at least one element other than iron (Fe), for example, one selected from the group consisting of copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), and zinc (Zn). The thickness of the above gas barrier layer (20) may be 20 µm to 100 µm, preferably 30 µm to 90 µm, more preferably 40 µm to 85 µm, and even more preferably 40 µm to 80 µm. When the above range is satisfied, it is preferable in that the ingress and egress of gas or moisture from outside the secondary battery can be appropriately blocked, and electrolyte leakage from inside the pouch-type battery case can be appropriately prevented. In addition, the formability and gas barrier performance can be improved when forming the cup portion. In addition, in the case of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer and the surface roughness of the sealant layer, which can realize excellent formability and processability when manufacturing a pouch-type battery case by drawing-molding a pouch film laminate, they can be affected by the thickness of the gas barrier layer. That is, preferably, in the case of the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer and the range of the surface roughness of the sealant layer described above, better formability can be exhibited when the above-mentioned gas barrier layer thickness is satisfied. (Sealant layer) The sealant layer (30) is intended to completely seal the interior of the pouch-shaped battery case by mutually thermally bonding the sealing portion when the pouch-shaped battery case containing the electrode assembly inside is sealed. To this end, the sealant layer (30) may be formed of a material having excellent thermal bonding strength. The sealant layer (30) may be formed of a material having insulating, corrosion-resistant, and sealing properties. Specifically, since the sealant layer (30) is in direct contact with the electrode assembly and / or electrolyte inside the pouch-shaped battery case, it may be formed of a material having insulating and corrosion-resistant properties. In addition, since the sealant layer (30) must completely seal the inside of the pouch-shaped battery case to block material movement between the inside and the outside, it may be formed of a material having high sealing properties (e.g., excellent thermal bonding strength). In order to secure such insulating, corrosion-resistant, and sealing properties, the sealant layer (30) may be formed of a polymer material. The sealant layer (30) may include one or more materials selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, acrylic polymers, polyacrylonitrile, polyimide, polyamide, cellulose, nylon, polyester, polyparaphenylenebenzobisoxazole, polyarylate, and Teflon, and may preferably include a polyolefin resin such as polypropylene (PP) and / or polyethylene (PE). In this case, the polypropylene may be composed of cast polypropylene (CPP), acid modified polypropylene (Acid Modified Polypropylene, PPa), polypropylene-ethylene copolymer, and / or polypropylene-butylene-ethylene terpolymer. More preferably, the sealant layer (30) may include at least one selected from polypropylene (PP), acid-modified polypropylene (PPa), and non-stretched polypropylene (CPP), and even more preferably, from the gas barrier layer side, the sealant layer (30) may be formed of any one of a laminated structure of acid-modified polypropylene and polypropylene, a laminated structure of acid-modified polypropylene and non-stretched polypropylene, or a single layer of non-stretched polypropylene. The thickness of the sealant layer (30) may be 30 µm to 130 µm, preferably 40 µm to 120 µm, and more preferably 60 µm to 100 µm. When the thickness of the sealant layer satisfies the above range, there is an effect of securing the sealing strength of the sealing portion while also securing the formability of the pouch film laminate. Meanwhile, the sealant layer (30) according to the present invention may have a composite film structure in which two or more materials are each formed to form layers. For example, the sealant layer (30) may have a multilayer structure. An adhesive layer and / or a skin layer may be disposed between each layer of the sealant layer (30) having a composite film structure. The adhesive layer and / or the skin layer may have thermal adhesiveness and thus may play a role in assisting adhesion between each layer of the sealant layer (30). For example, the adhesive layer and / or the skin layer may include a polypropylene-based resin, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the adhesive layer and / or the skin layer may be disposed between the sealant layer (30) and the gas barrier layer (20). The pouch film laminate of the present invention described above can be manufactured through a manufacturing method of a pouch film laminate known in the art. For example, the pouch film laminate of the present invention can be manufactured through a method of attaching a substrate layer (10) to an upper surface of a gas barrier layer (20) using an adhesive, and forming a sealant layer (30) on a lower surface of the gas barrier layer (20) using co-extrusion or an adhesive layer, and can be manufactured through a method such as dry lamination or sandwich lamination. However, the manufacturing method of the pouch film laminate is not limited thereto. The thickness of the pouch film laminate according to the present invention may be 120 µm to 300 µm, preferably 130 µm to 280 µm, and more preferably 140 µm to 250 µm. When the thickness of the pouch film laminate satisfies the above range, the forming depth can be increased while minimizing the reduction in battery accommodation space and deterioration in sealing durability due to the increase in the thickness of the pouch laminate. pouch-type secondary battery Next, a pouch-type secondary battery according to the present invention will be described. Figure 2 is an exploded assembly drawing of a pouch-type secondary battery (200) according to the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 2, a pouch-type secondary battery (200) according to the present invention may include a pouch-type battery case (210) manufactured by molding the aforementioned pouch film laminate, and an electrode assembly (260) housed in the pouch-type battery case (210). Specifically, the pouch-type secondary battery (200) of the present invention may include a pouch-type battery case (210), an electrode assembly (260), an electrode lead (280), an insulator (290), and an electrolyte (not shown). Hereinafter, each component of the pouch-type secondary battery of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2. (Pouch-type battery case) A pouch-shaped battery case (210) can be manufactured by drawing and molding the pouch film laminate of the present invention described above. The pouch-shaped battery case (210) can accommodate an electrode assembly (260) inside. Since the detailed configuration and properties of the pouch film laminate are the same as those described above, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. The pouch film laminate can be drawn and stretched by a punch or the like to manufacture a pouch-shaped battery case (210). As a result, the pouch-shaped battery case (210) can include a cup portion, and specifically, the pouch-shaped battery case (210) can include a cup portion (222) and a receiving portion (224). The receiving portion (224) is a place for receiving the electrode assembly, and can mean a receiving space formed in the shape of a pocket on the inside of the cup portion (222) as the cup portion (222) is formed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a pouch-type battery case (210) may include a first case (220) and a second case (230) as illustrated in FIG. 2. The first case (220) includes a receiving portion (224) capable of receiving an electrode assembly (260), and the second case (230) may cover the receiving portion (224) from above to prevent the electrode assembly (260) from being separated from the outside of the battery case (210). The first case (220) and the second case (230) may be manufactured such that one side thereof is connected to each other as illustrated in FIG. 2, but are not limited thereto and may be manufactured in various ways, such as being manufactured separately and separated from each other. According to another embodiment of the present invention, when forming a cup portion on a pouch film laminate, two symmetrical cup portions (222, 232) can be drawn and formed adjacent to each other on one pouch film laminate. In this case, cup portions (222, 232) can be formed in the first case (220) and the second case (230) respectively as illustrated in FIG. 2. After the electrode assembly (260) is accommodated in the receiving portion (224) provided in the cup portion (222) of the first case (220), the bridge portion (240) formed between the two cup portions (222, 232) can be folded so that the two cup portions (222, 232) face each other. In this case, the cup portion (232) of the second case (230) can accommodate the electrode assembly (260) from above. Accordingly, since two cup portions (222, 232) accommodate one electrode assembly (260), an electrode assembly (260) having a thicker thickness can be accommodated than when there is only one cup portion (222). In addition, since one corner of the secondary battery (200) is formed by folding the pouch-type battery case (210), the number of corners to be sealed can be reduced when performing a sealing process later. Accordingly, the process speed of the pouch-type secondary battery (200) can be improved, and the number of sealing processes can be reduced. The pouch-type battery case (210) can be sealed while housing the electrode assembly (260) so that a portion of the electrode lead (280) described later, i.e., a terminal portion, is exposed. Specifically, when the electrode lead (280) is connected to the electrode tab (270) of the electrode assembly (260) and an insulating portion (290) is formed on a portion of the electrode lead (280), the electrode assembly (260) can be housed in a receiving portion (224) provided in a cup portion (222) of the first case (220), and the second case (230) can cover the receiving portion (224) from above. Subsequently, an electrolyte can be injected into the interior of the receiving portion (224), and the sealing portions (250) formed on the edges of the first case (220) and the second case (230) can be sealed. The sealing portion (250) can perform a function of sealing the receiving portion (224). Specifically, the sealing portion (250) can seal the receiving portion (224) while being formed along the edge of the receiving portion (224). The temperature at which the sealing portion (250) is sealed can be 180°C to 250°C, specifically 200°C to 250°C, and more specifically 210°C to 240°C. When the sealing temperature satisfies the above numerical range, the pouch-type battery case (210) can secure sufficient sealing strength through thermal bonding. Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a punch edge, a die edge, a punch corner, and a thickness edge that can be formed in a cup portion according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. Referring to FIG. 3, it can be confirmed that, among the pouch-shaped battery cases manufactured by drawing and forming the pouch film laminate (1) according to the present invention, when the receiving portion (302) exists at the above position, the portion corresponding to the cup portion (301) and the radius of curvature (R1) of the punch edge (401) and the radius of curvature (R2) of the die edge (402) at this time are shown. The above punch edge (401) can connect the outer wall and the bottom portion surrounding the periphery of the cup portion (301), respectively. However, if the punch edge (401) is not rounded, the punch edge (401) portion becomes sharp, so when forming the pouch film laminate (1), stress is concentrated on the punch edge (401) of the cup portion (301), which causes a problem of easy cracking. In addition, the die edge (402) can connect the outer wall, the bridge part, the terrace part, the sealing part, etc., respectively. However, if the die edge (402) is not rounded, the die edge (402) becomes sharp, so that when forming the pouch film laminate (1), stress is concentrated on the die edge (402) of the cup part (301), which causes cracks to easily occur. Here, rounding means forming a curved surface with a curvature, and this curved surface may have only a constant curvature, but is not limited thereto and may also have an irregular curvature. In the present specification, the fact that the punch edge (401), the die edge (402), the thickness edge (403), the punch corner (303), etc. are rounded and formed with a specific curvature means that not only the entire surface has only the specific curvature, but also the surface has the specific curvature at least in a portion. To solve the above problem, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the punch edge (401) and / or the die edge (402) may be formed to be rounded within a specific curvature radius range. Accordingly, the punch edge (401) and / or the die edge (402) formed to be rounded within a specific curvature radius range can disperse the stress concentrated thereon to some extent. The cup portion may include a plurality of punch edges formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 1 mm or less, specifically, the cup portion may include a plurality of punch edges formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 0.01 mm to 0.7 mm, and more specifically, the cup portion may include a plurality of punch edges formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm. When the above range is satisfied, it is preferable in that the stress applied to the punch edge can be appropriately distributed while also being able to implement excellent energy density. The cup portion may include a plurality of die edges formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 1.5 mm or less, preferably, the cup portion may include a plurality of die edges formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 0.01 mm to 1.25 mm, and more preferably, the cup portion may include a plurality of die edges formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 0.01 mm to 1.00 mm. When the above range is satisfied, it is preferable in that the stress applied to the die edge can be appropriately distributed while also being able to implement excellent energy density. Referring to FIG. 4, it can be confirmed that a punch edge (401), a punch corner (303), and a thickness edge (403) formed in a cup portion (301) are shown in a pouch-shaped battery case manufactured by drawing and forming a pouch film laminate (1) according to the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the punch corner (303) is a type of vertex formed by three edges meeting. Specifically, since it is a type formed by two punch edges and one thickness edge meeting, there is a problem that stress is more concentrated at the punch corner (303) when the pouch film laminate (1) is stretched. To solve the above problem, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the punch corner (303) can be formed by being rounded within a specific curvature radius range. Therefore, the punch corner (303) formed by being rounded within a specific curvature radius range can disperse the stress concentrated thereon to some extent. For example, the radius of curvature of the punch corner (303) may vary internally. That is, the radius of curvature of the center of the punch corner (303) and the radius of curvature of the periphery of the punch corner (303) may be different from each other. In particular, the radius of curvature of the center of the punch corner (303) may be larger than the radius of curvature of the periphery of the punch corner (303). For example, the radius of curvature of the periphery of the punch corner (303) may be equal to the radius of curvature of at least one of the two punch edges and the thickness edge because it is relatively adjacent to the two punch edges and the one thickness edge. On the other hand, the radius of curvature of the center of the punch corner (303) may be larger than the radius of curvature of at least one of the punch edge and the thickness edge because it is relatively spaced apart from the two punch edges and the one thickness edge. That is, the radius of curvature of the punch corner (303) may be larger than the radius of curvature of at least one of the punch edge and the thickness edge. Accordingly, the radius of curvature of the punch corner (303) may gradually increase from the periphery of the punch corner (303) to the center of the punch corner (303). And, as described above, since the radius of curvature of the punch corner (303) is not constant but may change within the punch corner (303), the center of the punch corner (303) may have an aspherical shape rather than an exact spherical shape. In addition, the punch corner (303) must be clearly defined not only in terms of the radius of curvature but also in terms of the range formed in the cup portion (301). If the range of the punch corner (303) formed in the cup portion (301) is excessively narrow, there is still a problem in that the pouch film laminate is excessively stretched, resulting in whitening or cracking. On the other hand, if the range of the punch corner (303) formed in the cup portion (301) is excessively wide, the space between the outer wall of the cup portion (301) and the electrode assembly may be reduced, thereby increasing the energy density per volume of the secondary battery (1). Therefore, according to one embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the punch corner (303) may be formed within 2 mm to 3.5 mm in the thickness direction (R3) of the cup portion (301) from the punch edge (401), within 2 mm to 3.5 mm in the length direction (R4) of the cup portion (301) from the thickness edge (403), and within 2 mm to 3.5 mm in the width direction (R5) of the cup portion (301) from the thickness edge (403). In addition, the range in which the punch corner (303) is formed may gradually widen as the depth of the cup portion (301) increases. By forming the punch corner (303) of the cup portion (301) as described above, stress that is further concentrated on the punch corner (303) can be dispersed, thereby preventing problems such as whitening and cracking. The above thickness edge (403) is formed in the thickness direction of the cup portion (301), as illustrated in FIG. 4, and at least one of the thickness edges (403) may be formed by being rounded. This thickness edge (403) may be connected to two adjacent punch edges, as illustrated in FIG. 4, to form the punch corner (303) described above. The above thickness edge (403) may have a radius of curvature that is the same as the radius of curvature (R1) of at least one punch edge among two adjacent punch edges, but may also be formed differently. For example, the cup portion may include a plurality of thickness edges (403) that are formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 0.5 mm to 5 mm, and preferably, the cup portion may include a plurality of thickness edges (403) that are formed by being rounded with a radius of curvature of 0.5 mm to 2 mm. When the above range is satisfied, the stress applied to the thickness edge can be appropriately distributed, thereby suppressing the occurrence of whitening and / or cracking. Meanwhile, the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer and the range of the surface roughness of the sealant layer described above may be suitable for implementing excellent processability and formability when manufacturing a pouch-type battery case including the punch edge, die edge, thickness edge and / or punch corner described above. Specifically, when the radius of curvature or length of the punch edge, die edge, thickness edge and / or punch corner described above is satisfied, the pouch film laminate may have harsh forming conditions that may easily cause breakage when drawing-forming, and therefore, satisfying the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer and the range of the surface roughness of the sealant layer described above may be suitable for implementing excellent processability and formability. (electrode assembly) The electrode assembly (260) can be inserted into a pouch-type battery case (210) and sealed by the pouch-type battery case (210) after electrolyte injection. The electrode assembly (260) may be formed by sequentially stacking an anode, a separator, and a cathode. Specifically, the electrode assembly (260) may include two types of electrodes, an anode and a cathode, and a separator interposed between the electrodes to mutually insulate the electrodes. The positive and negative electrodes may each have a structure in which an active material slurry is applied to an electrode current collector in the form of a metal foil or metal mesh containing aluminum and copper, respectively. The slurry is typically formed by stirring granular active materials, auxiliary conductors, binders, and conductive agents with the addition of a solvent. The solvent can be removed in a subsequent process. A slurry containing an electrode active material, a binder, and / or a conductive material is applied to a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode current collector to manufacture a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and these are laminated on both sides of a separator, thereby manufacturing an electrode assembly (260) in a predetermined shape. The types of electrode assembly (260) may include, but are not limited to, a stack type, a jelly roll type, a stack and folding type, etc. The electrode assembly (260) may include an electrode tab (270). The electrode tabs (270) are respectively connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the electrode assembly (260), and may protrude outward from the electrode assembly (260) to serve as a path for electrons to move between the inside and the outside of the electrode assembly (260). The electrode current collector included in the electrode assembly (260) may be composed of a portion where an electrode active material is applied and a terminal portion where the electrode active material is not applied, i.e., a non-coated portion. The electrode tabs (270) may be formed by cutting the non-coated portion or by connecting a separate conductive member to the non-coated portion by ultrasonic welding, etc. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the electrode tabs (270) may protrude in different directions of the electrode assembly (260), but are not limited thereto, and may be formed to protrude in various directions, such as protruding in parallel in the same direction from one side. (electrode leads) The electrode lead (280) can supply electricity to the outside of the secondary battery (200). The electrode lead (280) can be connected to the electrode tab (270) of the electrode assembly (260) by spot welding, etc. The electrode lead (280) is connected to the electrode assembly (260) and may protrude to the outside of the pouch-type battery case (210) via the sealing portion (250). Specifically, one end of the electrode lead (280) is connected to the electrode assembly (260), particularly to the electrode tab (270), and the other end of the electrode lead (280) may protrude to the outside of the pouch-type battery case (210). The electrode lead (280) may include a positive lead (282) having one end connected to the positive tab (272) and extending in the protruding direction of the positive tab (272), and a negative lead (284) having one end connected to the negative tab (274) and extending in the protruding direction of the negative tab (274). Both the positive lead (282) and the negative lead (284) may have other ends protruding outward from the battery case (210). Accordingly, electricity generated inside the electrode assembly (260) may be supplied to the outside. In addition, since the positive tab (272) and the negative tab (274) are formed to protrude in various directions, the positive lead (282) and the negative lead (284) may also extend in various directions, respectively. The positive lead (282) and the negative lead (284) may be made of different materials. That is, the positive electrode lead (282) may be made of the same aluminum (Al) material as the positive electrode collector, and the negative electrode lead (284) may be made of the same copper (Cu) material as the negative electrode collector or a nickel (Ni)-coated copper material. A portion of the electrode lead (280) protruding outside the battery case (210) may serve as a terminal portion and be electrically connected to an external terminal. (insulating part) The insulating portion (290) prevents electricity generated from the electrode assembly (260) from flowing to the battery case (210) through the electrode lead (280) and can maintain the sealing of the battery case (210). To this end, the insulating portion (290) may be formed of a non-conductive material that does not conduct electricity well. In general, the insulating portion (290) is often formed of an insulating tape or film that is easy to attach to the electrode lead (280) and has a relatively thin thickness, but is not limited thereto, and any material capable of insulating the electrode lead (280) may be used. The insulating portion (290) may be arranged to surround the outer circumference of the electrode lead (280). Specifically, at least a portion of the electrode lead (280) may be surrounded by the insulating portion (290). In this case, the insulating portion (290) may be arranged between the electrode lead (280) and the pouch-type battery case (210). The insulating portion (290) may be positioned limited to the sealing portion (250) where the first case (220) and the second case (230) of the pouch-type battery case (210) are thermally fused, and may adhere the electrode lead (280) to the battery case (210). (electrolyte) The pouch-type secondary battery (200) according to the present invention may further include an electrolyte (not shown) that is poured into the pouch-type battery case (210). The electrolyte is for moving lithium ions generated by an electrochemical reaction of an electrode during charging / discharging of the secondary battery (200), and may include a non-aqueous organic electrolyte that is a mixture of a lithium salt and an organic solvent, or a polymer using a polymer electrolyte. Furthermore, the electrolyte may include a solid electrolyte of a sulfide type, an oxide type, or a polymer type, and such a solid electrolyte may have flexibility that is easily deformed by an external force. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail through specific examples. However, the following examples are merely illustrative and serve to aid understanding of the present invention and do not limit its scope. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations are possible within the scope and technical spirit of this disclosure, and such modifications and variations are naturally within the scope of the appended claims. Examples and Comparative Examples Example 1: Preparation of pouch film laminate A sealant layer was prepared by sequentially laminating acid-modified polypropylene (PPa) and polypropylene (PP) with a total thickness of 80 ㎛, so that the amount of lubricant (lubricant: Erucamide) on the surface of the polypropylene (PP) was as described in Table 1 below, and the surface roughness (Ra) of the polypropylene (PP) was as described in Table 1 below. Thereafter, a second adhesive film, a 25 μm thick nylon film, a first adhesive film, and a 12 μm thick polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film were sequentially laminated on one surface of a 60 μm thick aluminum alloy film, and the manufactured sealant layer was sequentially laminated on the other surface of the aluminum alloy film. As a result, a pouch film laminate having a structure in which the manufactured sealant layer (polypropylene / acid-modified polypropylene) / aluminum alloy film / second adhesive film / nylon film / first adhesive film / polyethylene terephthalate film were sequentially laminated was manufactured. Examples 2 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7: Preparation of pouch film laminates A pouch film laminate was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the amount of lubricant added to the sealant layer was changed, and the surface roughness of the sealant layer was controlled differently, thereby changing the amount of lubricant on the surface of the sealant layer and the surface roughness of the sealant layer as shown in Table 1 below. Experimental Example 1: Measurement of surface lubricant amount (Method A) The surface lubricant amount of each pouch film laminate manufactured according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 was measured. In detail, each pouch film laminate was cut to 100 mm in the MD direction x 100 mm in the TD direction, 5 ml of chloroform was dropped onto the surface of the sealant layer of the pouch film laminate, and left for 1 minute to prepare an activator extraction solution, and then the amount of activator included in the activator extraction solution was measured using gas chromatography (GC). At this time, the measuring device for the gas chromatography (GC) was Shimadzu's GC-2010 plus. The measurement results are shown in [Table 1] below. (Method B) The surface lubricant amount of each pouch film laminate manufactured according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 was measured. Specifically, each pouch film laminate was aged at 40°C for 10 days, and then each pouch film laminate was cut into two pieces measuring 100 mm (MD direction) x 100 mm (TD direction). The two pouch film laminates were then brought into contact with each other by sealant layers and sealed at 200°C to produce a pouch. 1 ml of acetone was injected into the internal space of the pouch using a syringe, and after leaving the acetone in contact with the surface of the sealant layer for 3 minutes, the acetone inside the pouch was drained. The amount of lubricant contained in the drained acetone was measured using gas chromatography (GC). The measurement results are shown in [Table 1] below. Experimental Example 2: Surface Roughness Measurement The surface roughness of the sealant layer in each pouch film laminate manufactured according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 was measured using an optical measuring device (NV-2700, Optical Profiler, Nano System). The measured surface roughness (Ra) is shown in [Table 1] below. Experimental Example 3: Measurement of the coefficient of friction The coefficient of friction of each pouch film laminate manufactured according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 was measured. As a method of measuring the coefficient of friction, a sled metal having a size of 130 mm (MD direction) x 65 mm (TD direction) and a weight of 200 g was brought into contact with a sealant layer of a pouch film laminate having a size of 300 mm (MD direction) x 200 mm (TD direction) and the measurement was made. In detail, the sled metal was moved 100 mm over the sealant layer at a speed of 100 mm / min, and the coefficient of friction was measured five times in the range of 20 mm to 80 mm, taking the average value. The measurement results are shown in [Table 1] below. Experimental Example 4: Evaluation of Formability of Pouch Film Laminate (Evaluation of plastic surgery depth) The formability of each pouch film laminate manufactured according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 was evaluated. As a method for evaluating the formability of a pouch film laminate, the pouch film laminate was cut into equal sizes of 300 mm (MD direction) x 400 mm (TD direction), and then the maximum forming depth without cracks was recorded while changing the forming depth in a battery case forming device having two forming parts of sizes of 61 mm (MD direction) x 159 mm (TD direction). Here, the punch and the forming part of the battery case forming device were filleted at the corners and edges, and the corner of the punch had a curvature of 2 mm and the corner had a curvature of 0.5 mm, and the corner of the forming part had a curvature of 2.5 mm and the corner had a curvature of 1 mm. In addition, the clearance between the punch and the forming part was 0.5 mm. At this time, in the cup portion of the molded pouch film laminate, the radius of curvature (R1) of the punch edge was 0.5 mm, the radius of curvature (R2) of the die edge was 1.0 mm, the thickness direction length (R3) of the punch corner, the length direction length (R4) of the cup portion, and the width direction length (R5) were all 3.5 mm, and the radius of curvature of the thickness edge was 2.0 mm. The measured forming depth is listed in [Table 1] below. (Evaluation of wrinkle occurrence) Meanwhile, during the above molding depth evaluation, if wrinkles occurred in the cup portion of the pouch film laminate at the maximum molding depth when molding the pouch film with an uncontaminated molding device, it was evaluated as O, and if no wrinkles occurred, it was evaluated as X. The occurrence of wrinkles is shown in [Table 1] below. Experimental Example 5: Measurement of the cleaning cycle of the active agent during pouch film laminate molding. When molding each pouch film laminate manufactured according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7, the cleaning cycle of the active agent was measured. In detail, when continuously producing a pouch film laminate in which a cup portion of the maximum forming depth is formed, the cleaning cycle of the lubricant was measured based on the maximum number of strokes without wrinkles occurring. The measurement results are shown in [Table 1] below. Meanwhile, it can be confirmed that, unlike the case of measuring by the method for measuring the amount of lubricant present on the surface of a sealant layer (Method A) according to an embodiment of the present invention, when measuring by Method B, there is a problem in that the amount of surface lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer cannot be precisely measured because the lubricant present inside the sealant layer is excessively precipitated. That is, it can be confirmed that the range of the amount of lubricant present on the surface of the sealant layer that can implement excellent processability and formability according to the present invention is when it is the range of the amount of lubricant measured by the measuring method according to the present invention.
