Abstract

The solution refers to the process for producing a population of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PMBCs) expressing the recombinant sgp130 protein (sgp130FcH), which includes the following steps: a) Synthesis of a 2502 bp DNA fragment carrying the gene encoding the recombinant sgp130 protein with the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1, which includes the sgp130 protein coding sequence, the IgG-Fc coding sequence, and the His tail sequence; b) Creation of a recombinant vector carrying the gene encoding the recombinant sgp130 protein by ligating the DNA fragment synthesized in step a); c) Preparation of the peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) population for transformation; d) Transfer the plasmid obtained in step b) into the PBMC cell population prepared in step c) to obtain a PBMC cell population expressing the recombinant sgp130 protein.
