Abstract
The invention proposes a reaction wheel device for use in satellite attitude control systems, capable of adjusting the moment of inertia of a flywheel through a rotating lever mechanism carrying counterweights. The rotating lever mechanism is driven by a screw system, in which the translational movement of the nut on the screw shaft changes the position of the lever, thereby adjusting the distance between the counterweights and the rotating shaft. This mechanism allows for modulation of the output dynamic torque without changing the flywheel rotation speed, improving attitude control efficiency and dynamic stability. The symmetrical design, simple mechanical structure, and suitability for integration into small satellites are noteworthy.
