Abstract
The invention relates to a cable actuator (10) for a lift mechanism comprising: a hollow beam (9) that can be positioned and extended horizontally above the rear door of the vehicle body; two hydraulic cylinders, first (1) and second (1'), arranged parallel and opposite to each other on the bottom wall (9a) of the hollow beam (9); a two-stage pulley assembly, first (2) and second (2'), respectively fixed to the piston rod ends of the first (1) and second (1') hydraulic cylinders, wherein each pulley assembly consists of a lower pulley (21 / 21') and an upper pulley (22 / 22') operating independently of each other; The first (3) and second (4) fixed pulleys of the lower level are arranged coplanar with the lower level pulleys (21, 21') inside the hollow beam (9), the first (3') and second (4') and third (5') fixed pulleys of the upper level are arranged coplanar with the upper level pulleys (22, 22') inside the hollow beam (9);The first cable (6) has its first end (6a) fixed to the inner wall (9c), its second end (6b) fixed to the lifting table, and the middle section is passed through the lower level pulleys (21, 21') and the first lower level fixed pulleys (3, 4); the second cable (7) has its first end (7a) fixed to the outer wall (9d), its second end (7b) connected to the lifting table, and the middle section is passed through the upper level pulleys (22, 22') and the upper level fixed pulleys (3', 4', 5'). With this configuration, when the first (1) and second (1') hydraulic cylinders operate, they will retract / release the second (6b, 7b) end of the cables (6, 7) by a distance equal to twice the total amplitude of movement of the piston rods, thereby raising / lowering the lifting platform up / down from a position close to the ground to a position close to the top of the truck bed.;
