Abstract

The alkaline washing system referred to in this invention, by arranging the suction device, will draw air out of the alkaline washing tank and introduce it into the tank, generating negative pressure around the return air outlet of the suction device, creating a negative pressure suction effect on the alkaline mist in the tank, which is beneficial for treating alkaline mist in the tank, including reducing the amount of alkaline mist leaking at the leakage point of the alkaline washing tank, reducing the amount of alkaline mist in the tank, etc., improving the on-site production environment and enhancing production safety.Furthermore, using purified air obtained from the alkaline mist filtration process as the spray medium for the suction device is not only harmless to the air in the tank, but can also dilute the air in the tank, which is beneficial for production stability.
