MULTI-STAGE GAS COLLECTION UNIT, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TREATING LIVESTOCK GAS OPERATING UNDER NEGATIVE PRESSURE WITH DYNAMIC ZONE

Abstract

The invention proposes a gas collection unit, system, and method for treating livestock gas operating under negative pressure. The gas will be collected by a gas collection unit comprising at least one main manifold (2) and several perforated pipe branches (3) connected to the main manifold (2), each branch (3) including a Z-shaped lowering section (5) to lower the working section (6) to a lower working level near the gas collection area. The collected gas stream is led through a treatment chain consisting of a primary water trap (B1-9), a biological module (BIO-10), a secondary droplet separation module (B2-11), and a dry adsorption module (DRY-12). In which, the dry adsorption module (DRY-12) is arranged with at least three trays of material in series along the direction of gas flow, corresponding to NH3 treatment material, H2S treatment material, and material for polishing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odors.The controller is configured to maintain the overall negative pressure of the system via variable frequency fans, while distributing suction flow across zones using zone dampers and switching operating modes based on instantaneous concentration, concentration rate of change over time, and operating event flags.
