POLICY VERIFICATION SYSTEM AND POLICY VERIFICATION METHOD

Abstract

The invention relates to a policy verification system and a policy verification method. The policy verification system, for verifying policies implemented to improve management performance, comprises: a policy proposal unit configured to generate policies by referencing certain knowledge information gathered or learned on the basis of trigger points given from an external terminal and transmitting the generated policy to the external terminal to suggest the policy to the external terminal's user; and a storage unit configured to record policy results after policy execution during a process in which the proposed policy is repeatedly executed; and an information processing unit comprising a policy evaluation unit that analyzes policy results to verify whether management performance has improved, and when it is determined that management performance has improved,The policy designation corresponds to the policy outcome as a successful policy; the information gathering unit can collect knowledge information related to the successful policy; and the policy verification unit can verify whether the knowledge information related to the successful policy matches a given knowledge information. When the knowledge information related to the successful measure does not match a given knowledge information, the measure suggestion mechanism generates a measure by referencing the knowledge information related to the successful measure and transmits the generated measure to the external terminal.
