Abstract

The invention relates to a work substitution system and a work substitution method. The work substitution system comprises: a work history recording device for recording the work history information of the first workflow, including the process (worker process) executed by the worker, into a storage device; a process partitioning device for partitioning the first workflow into two types of processes, including worker processes and computer-executed processes, by referencing the work history information of the first workflow;and process extraction means to extract the first process that can be executed by a computer from multiple worker processes, the first being included in the workflow among many first steps, at least part of the process that can be executed by a computer of the second step replaced in the workflow of the process creating the splitting means and the second workflow that can execute the process execution means, in which the replacement step can be executed by a computer the steps of the second process have a higher execution speed than the third step, in the case where the second step is included in the workflow part of the process in the third step.;
