Abstract

The invention relates to a process for bio-composting durian peel using enzymes combined with microbial preparations to create bio-organic fertilizer for agricultural production. The process includes: (i) preliminary processing of raw materials by grinding and adjusting initial moisture content; (ii) pre-treatment of raw materials with a mixture of extracellular enzyme systems to pre-decompose lignocellulose structures; (iii) mixing of raw materials; (iv) controlled aerobic bio-composting using the furrow method; and (v) harvesting of bio-organic fertilizer product. The process helps increase the efficiency of organic matter decomposition, shorten the composting time to approximately 28 days, and produce bio-organic fertilizer with high organic matter content, sufficient density of beneficial microorganisms, stable pH, and compliance with current regulations on fertilizer quality.
