The invention relates to a device for separating the silk shell of lotus seeds (Semen Nelumbinis), comprising: a motor (210), a lower body (220), a rotating assembly (230), an upper body (240), a feed hopper (250), and a water nozzle (260); in which the motor (210) is located below the lower body (220); the lower body (220) is mechanically connected to the upper body (240); the rotating assembly (230) is located inside the upper body (240); the upper body (240) is located above the lower body (220); the feed hopper (250) is located above the upper body (240); and the water nozzle (260) is located above and inward towards the feed hopper (250).
