Abstract
The invention proposes a resonant coil comprising a square-shaped coiled copper wire structure with 6 turns arranged on an FR-4 dielectric substrate and an integrated opto-control circuit on the back of the substrate. The opto-control circuit includes a varactor, a photodiode, capacitors, inductors, a protective resistor, and a DC control power supply. The photodiode acts as a visible light sensing element to control the voltage applied to the varactor, thereby changing the equivalent capacitance of the circuit and adjusting the resonant frequency of the coil. The invention also proposes a visible light-controlled magnetic resonance wireless power transmission (MR-WPT) system, in which the resonant frequency of the resonant coil can be adjusted between two operating states without changing the physical structure of the coil. According to several schemes, the MR-WPT system includes a transmitting coil, a transmitting resonant coil, a receiving resonant coil, and a receiving coil arranged in a magnetic resonance configuration.Under the influence of visible laser light with a wavelength of approximately 650 nm incident on the photodiode, the bias voltage across the varactor changes, causing the resonant frequency of the coil to shift between approximately 13.56 MHz and 13 MHz. With the proposed configuration, the system achieves stable wireless power transmission in both operating states with transmission coefficients of approximately 0.75 and 0.74, respectively, for the unilluminated and laser-illuminated states.
