Integrated solution homogenization system and method with dual magnetic stirring and ultrasonic stratification.

Abstract

The invention reveals a system and method for homogenizing solutions applied in the production of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The system (100) comprises: a solution tank (120) with a thermostatic jacket compartment, incorporating a magnetic stirrer (130) carrying a stirring magnet (133) in conjunction with a tank magnet assembly (129) and a tank ultrasonic emitter assembly (128) positioned outside the tank wall to create a double magnetic stirring effect and preliminary dispersion; zigzag series of stratified homogenizing columns (140), each column incorporating a static mixer (147), a stratified ultrasonic emitter assembly (144) and a stratified magnet assembly (145); a circulating pump (160) that carries the solution through a closed network of pipes (170); and a central controller (150) implementing an adaptive control algorithm.The method includes the following steps: preliminary stirring; circulating the solution through stratified homogeneous columns (140) in a zigzag pattern; creating turbulent flow using a static mixer (147); performing stratified ultrasonic cavitation; stratified magnetic field application; and monitoring – adaptively adjusting operating parameters according to sensor feedback signals.
