Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system for semantic search and administrative text querying with controlled access, source citation, and reliability warnings. Text data is normalized into coded segments, tagged with security metadata, and simultaneously generates keyword and semantic indexes. When a user asks a question, the system authenticates the user, determines the scope of access, and applies permission filters before retrieval. On the permitted dataset, the system performs hybrid retrieval, ranking, and source verification. Only valid source segments within the scope of access are included in the input context of the response generation model. Responses are generated with citations to the text code, page, or source segment, and with a reliability score. The system warns or rejects responses when the source is out of permission, contradictory, or of low reliability. The entire query session is logged for traceability purposes to facilitate quality control and evaluation.
