Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system for classifying, routing, and assigning electronic administrative documents based on confidence and conflict scores. The system receives documents from the original business system, normalizes them into a feature-based version for routing, extracts features from content, metadata, data quality, and processing history, and then processes these features using business rules and a classification model to create a list of candidates for processing. For each candidate, the system calculates a confidence and conflict score, and then selects one of three processing levels: suggesting a user decision, waiting for manual confirmation, or conditionally automatically forwarding. Each routing result is transparently explained, controlled by a lock to prevent duplicate assignments, and logged for traceability along with user feedback. The solution helps reduce incorrect document forwarding, automates risk control, and enhances the accountability of the electronic administrative system.
