Abstract

The invention relates to a computer-based quantitative assessment system for evaluating the impact of new technologies on macroeconomic and ESG indicators, comprising: Subsystem 3, which uses an error correction model (ECM) to eliminate data bias and record invariances in a distributed ledger (DLT) to ensure transparency; Subsystem 2, which operates deep learning models (LSTM / GRU) combined with Sobol sensitivity analysis to quantify the impact and select the optimal forecasting model; and Subsystem 1, which performs "What-if" scenario simulations and monitors errors in real time. Thanks to the above system, the invention can establish an inter-subsystem feedback control loop, allowing the system to automatically reconfigure parameters and update the model upon detecting instability, thereby increasing accuracy and adaptability in quantitative forecasting. The invention also proposes a method for quantitatively assessing the impact of new technologies on macroeconomic and ESG indicators using a computer.
