LIQUID NANOMILK SYSTEM CONTAINING CURCUMIN, QUERCETIN, AND PIPERINE AND THE PROCESS FOR PREPARING THIS NANOMILK SYSTEM

Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid-form nanomolecular system containing curcumin, quercetin, and piperine with a functional distribution structure and a process for preparing this nanomolecular system. In the system according to the invention, curcumin and piperine are distributed mainly in the hydrophobic core region, quercetin is distributed mainly in the intermediate region between the hydrophobic core and the phospholipid region, the phospholipid region surrounds the hydrophobic core and the intermediate region, and the outer hydrophilic region contains a non-ionic surfactant with a polyoxyethylene chain, in which the components are distributed in continuous functional regions and do not form separate layers.The nanomolecular system is formed through a controlled molecular self-organization process using the preparation procedure described in the invention, creating a nano-sized dispersion system that limits the aggregation or crystallization of the active substance, maintains stability during storage and when diluted in water, and allows for the simultaneous transport of multiple hydrophobic active substances. It can also be used as a carrier system for natural or bioactive substances with low water solubility.
