CONTROL METHOD FOR PROTECTION AGAINST OUTLET CLOGGING DUE TO ABNORMAL INSTALLATION OF WATER PUMPS

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for controlling output blockage protection due to abnormal installation of a water pump, comprising a step for setting a rotational speed threshold to activate output blockage protection, a power threshold table or current threshold table corresponding to the rotational speed detecting output blockage, and a rotational speed threshold table determining output blockage due to abnormal installation. During operation, the actual rotational speed and actual average power or actual average current are monitored. When the actual rotational speed is greater than the activation threshold and the actual average power is less than the corresponding threshold, output blockage is detected and control over the original output blockage is enforced.If the actual rotational speed exceeds the defined output speed threshold due to abnormal installation caused by an increase in current command, the output blockage is identified as an abnormal installation blockage and will immediately enter the protective lock state. This state can only be released after a release command is received from the host computer or after a power off and power back on cycle. This method effectively protects the equipment and enhances system reliability.
