OUTPUT CLOGGING PROTECTION SYSTEM

Abstract

The invention proposes an output blockage protection system comprising a motor circuit, a signal processor, a signal judge, and a switch. The motor circuit is connected to the motor to drive it and output a current sampling signal. The signal processor is connected to the motor circuit to receive the current sampling signal and output a processed signal. The signal judge is connected to the signal processor to receive the processed signal and include a pre-set threshold. The switch is connected to the signal judge and the motor circuit; the signal judge obtains the instantaneous rotational speed and average current of the motor based on the processed signal and compares them to the corresponding rotational speed and current threshold. When the processed signal exceeds the pre-set threshold, the motor will enter an output blockage state and the judgment signal will be output to the switch to stop the motor drive.
