Abstract

The invention relates to a system for continuously monitoring the compression force at the working stations (including the forming station, welding station, and pre-cutting / lot numbering station) of an automatic blister packaging machine using load cells. This system comprises the following components: load cells mounted concentrically on each guide axis of each working station; a transmitter and a processing unit including a computer and a processing module that continuously reads the analog value of the load cell, determines the maximum force value at each point (corresponding to each station guide axis) of the working stations during a pressing cycle, calculates the pressure value (PV) of each point, and compares each point's PV value with the standard values ​​(SV) of each corresponding station to ensure the quality of the blister pack is always controlled and to warn of abnormalities through the pressure value.In addition, the invention relates to a method for continuously controlling the compression force at the operating stations of a blister packaging machine and a blister packaging machine including the aforementioned system.
