PRODUCTION PROCESS OF SHOE SOLES FROM TEXTILE AND LEATHER WASTE

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing shoe soles from textile and leather waste, including the following steps: i) preparation of materials including: fillers consisting of leather and fabric fibers recycled from textile and leather waste, including fabric and leather fibers, and other materials including: natural rubber 3L; plasticizer oil; ZnO; stearic acid; paraffin; hydroxytoluene (BHT); accelerators M, D (diphenylguanidine), DM (benzothiazil disulfite), sulfur, TS-80 (tetramethyl thiuram monosulfite - TMTM), flag red paste, dark red paste B; ii) closed refining; iii) extrusion of sheets; iv) application of accelerator, sulfur and color; v) winding; vi) extrusion of blanks; vii) cooling; viii) cutting blanks; ix) vulcanization of soles; and x) deburring and trimming.
