Vacuum-sealed metal lid

Abstract

The invention relates to a vacuum-sealed metal lid consisting primarily of an aluminum lid body and a sealing ring made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The lid body comprises a vacuum plug capable of rising and falling, surrounded by curved sections, which create a three-dimensional structure at the top of the metal lid. When there is no vacuum pressure, the vacuum plug has an upward convex shape. However, when a vacuum is created inside the container, the vacuum plug takes a downward concave shape, serving as an indicator of whether the container has been successfully sealed. The integrated lid body and sealing ring significantly enhance the sealing performance. The TPE sealing ring has excellent elasticity and high temperature resistance and ensures a tight and airtight fit around the container mouth to effectively prevent air ingress.
