Buffer for packaging

Abstract

The packing buffer (100) consists of an outer frame (20) and an inner support (40, 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d) including a plate (44). The outer frame (20) has a receiving groove (25) with two groove walls (252) and a groove bottom (256). The groove walls (252) are opposite each other in the first axis direction (X) and are arranged with several pairs of insert grooves (254) arranged along the second axis direction (Y). The receiving groove forms the first open side (26) in the second axis direction (Y) and the second open side (27) in the third axis direction (Z). The third axis direction (Z), the first axis direction (X), and the second axis direction (Y) are perpendicular to each other. The second open side (27) and the groove bottom (256) are opposite each other. The second open side (27) is connected to the first open side (26). When the two sides of the support plate (44) are inserted into different pairs of insertion grooves (254), the distance between the support plate (44) and the first open side (26) will change.
