Abstract

This invention proposes a signal exchange device between a casting device and a picking device that is separately connected to the signal exchange device, comprising: a first relay that outputs a signal indicating the casting device has completed mold opening; a second relay that outputs a signal indicating the casting device has completed ejection; a third relay that outputs a signal indicating the casting device is in automatic operation; a fourth relay that outputs a signal indicating the casting device is injecting; a fifth relay that outputs a signal allowing the casting device to close the mold; a sixth relay that outputs a signal allowing the casting device to push the ejector pin; a seventh relay that outputs a signal indicating the picking device is in automatic operation; an eighth relay that outputs a signal indicating the picking device has picked the product; and the aforementioned relays are connected in parallel. This invention implements signal exchange between the casting device and the picking device to reduce production costs.
