Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing organic fertilizer from organic municipal solid waste or livestock manure, and a system for producing organic fertilizer applying this process. The organic fertilizer production process includes a super-fast fermentation step, in which automatic stirring during feeding and composting is set at a predetermined stirring speed and frequency. The total composting time is 4 hours. Furthermore, the invention relates to a system for producing organic fertilizer including a closed thermal composting machine for rapid fermentation, and other synchronized system equipment.
