Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for feeding and taking out fabric (20) in an insulated chamber (15), with the internal air environment different from the external environment, comprising a chamber (15) demarcated into a compartment (25) designed to hold fabric (20) inside, the chamber (15) having an inlet channel (16) for fabric (20), connected to the compartment (25) and to the slot (13) of the base (12), the base (12) having a cylindrical groove (19), the slot (13) arranged in the center of the groove (19), a roller (10) with an outer rubber coating (11), the roller (10) cylindrical with a first radius of curvature (r') and having an extension axis (WW) parallel to the longitudinal (XX), the roller being driven by a motor to rotate around the extension axis (WW), a felt layer (30) placed between the outer rubber coating (11) of the roller (10) and the base (12), at least part of it is wrapped around the outer rubber coating (11), the felt layer (30) of thickness (S) and the non-breathable inner layer (31), under its outer surface (32) which is in contact with the fabric (20),on the opposite side of the outer rubber coating (11) of the roller (10). The advantage is that, during operation, the roller (10), positioned close to the gap (13) in the center of the groove (19) of the base (12), compresses the rubber coating (11) and the felt layer (30) which deforms by completely wrapping the fabric (20), insulating the inside of the chamber (15) from the outside environment.
