Abstract

The invention proposes a system for handling electronic components, a loading device, a pulling device, a connector, and a cassette tray. The handling system comprises a loading device with a transport component and a loading component arranged adjacent to each other, an operating station, and a pulling device with a carrying base and a pulling component arranged adjacent to each other. The transport component is configured to receive electronic components, and the loading device is configured to push and load connectors onto the electronic components to form an electronic module. The operating station is configured to receive the electronic module and perform a predetermined operation on it. The carrying base is configured to receive and hold the electronic module after the completion of a predetermined operation, and the pulling device is configured to pull connectors away from the electronic component.
