Abstract

This invention proposes a textile machine equipped with a yarn waste collection device to prevent the consumption of compressed air. Multiple winding devices (4) are arranged in a predetermined direction. The yarn waste collection device (5) consists of yarn waste transfer pipes (28) supplied along the direction of arrangement of the winding devices (4), multiple suction pipes (30) connected to the yarn waste transfer pipes (28), a compressed air switching valve for transfer by suction (31) connected to each suction pipe (30) to switch the supply of compressed air for transfer by suction, and an additional compressed air switching valve (41) connected to the yarn waste transfer pipes (28) to switch the supply of additional compressed air.The supplemental compressed air switching valve (41) is switched to the supplemental compressed air supply state when at least one of the compressed air switching valves for suction transfer (31) is in the compressed air supply state for suction transfer, and is switched to the stop state of supplemental compressed air supply when multiple compressed air switching valves for suction transfer (31) are in the predetermined switching state, even if at least one of the compressed air switching valves for suction transfer (31) is in the compressed air supply state for suction transfer.
