Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing crankshaft blanks, specifically a cold forging method for producing air conditioning crankshaft blanks. The method for producing air conditioning crankshaft blanks involves multiple cold forging operations performed on cold-forged steel cylinders. This method offers material savings and low costs. Furthermore, because the cold forging process does not require heating, it does not alter the material properties of the cold-forged steel cylinders, thus maintaining material performance and avoiding the need for additional material processing that could complicate subsequent processes.
