Abstract

This invention proposes a spool feeding device that can eject, from the spool shaft, a spool already hooked onto the spool shaft, without damaging the yarn layer of the spool. This spool feeding device comprises: spools 70 configured to allow the spool P, on which yarn is wound around a paper tube 160 to form a yarn layer, hooked onto which the distal ends of the spools 70 are free ends; and an ejection mechanism configured to eject the spool P, which is hooked onto the spools 70, from the distal ends of the spools 70. The ejection mechanism comprises an ejection element 92 and a cylinder 75 configured to move the ejection element 92 toward one end.The ejector detail 92 is configured to make contact with the first and second regions of the end surface of the 160 paper tube of the P winding reel. When ejector detail 92 is moved toward the end section, the first and second regions are positioned at different height positions, and ejector detail 92 is configured to be able to perform pendulum motion in the height direction using support shaft 87 as a pivot point. Support shaft 87 is provided between the first and second sections in the height direction, with the first and second sections respectively making contact with the first and second regions.
