Abstract

The invention relates to a repair device for zipper tapes. The zipper consists of: a pair of eyelets; a pair of tapes constructed to be in good and faulty states; and a zipper head. In the good state, the side edges of the pair of tapes facing each other form a pair of protrusions, and a groove is formed between the pair of protrusions. In the faulty state, the side edges of the pair of tapes facing each other overlap longitudinally. The repair device for zipper tapes consists of an attachment, a clamping part, and a protrusion constructed to repair the faulty state to the good state. The protrusion is inserted into the groove. The invention also relates to a method for repairing zipper tapes.
