Abstract

The invention proposes a display device. The semiconductor layer comprises a channel section, a first conductive section on the first side of the channel section comprising a first primary conductive section and a first secondary conductive section, and a second conductive section on the second side of the channel section comprising a second primary conductive section and a second secondary conductive section. The gate isolation membrane rests on the channel section. The first auxiliary electrode rests on the first primary conductive section. The first electrode rests on the first auxiliary electrode. The second auxiliary electrode rests on the second primary conductive section. The second electrode rests on the second auxiliary electrode. The third electrode rests on the gate isolation membrane and overlaps with the channel section. Each of the first and second auxiliary electrodes contains a conductive oxide.
