Abstract

The invention proposes an information processing device comprising a data acquisition interface and a controller. The data acquisition interface collects planned and actual values ​​for multiple factors in the steelmaking process. The controller can calculate the first and second temperatures using a multi-factor-based model. The controller determines, as the target temperature, the temperature of the molten steel at the end of the refining process such that the first and second calculated temperatures fall within the first range. The controller updates the first and second temperatures whenever the actual values ​​of a portion of the multiple factors are determined after the start of execution and during the execution of the steelmaking process step by step, based on the actual and planned values ​​for the other factors. The controller determines the target temperature whenever the first and second temperatures are calculated and updated.The invention also proposes a method for processing information and a method for producing continuous casting plates.
