Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing concrete products by plastic extrusion process, which includes the following steps: (i) automatic feeding and metering from silos (1) through an automatic metering system (2) into the mixing chamber (3); (ii) forced mixing with water and additives for about 1-1.5 minutes to create a smooth, homogeneous plastic mixture; (iii) feeding the mixture into the extrusion machine (5), in which the primary feed screw (5a) compresses the material to create a plastic material partition (5e) maintaining a pressure difference with the vacuum chamber (5b), while simultaneously performing vacuum to remove internal air bubbles and continuously extruding by the secondary extrusion screw (5c) through the extrusion die (4) to create a strip of material; (iv) cutting the strip of material by a cutting mechanism (8) after transport on a conveyor belt (7); (v) stabilizing the shape and pre-setting; and (vi) allow the product to cure in a moist environment for 3 to 7 days to develop the design strength. The solution is based on the combination of smooth plastic material state, plastic material partition mechanism (5e), vacuum process in vacuum chamber (5b) and continuous extrusion through extrusion die (4), thereby allowing simultaneous control of material microstructure and product geometry during the molding process. The invention also relates to concrete products, concrete bricks and concrete panels produced by the above method, in which these products have a dense, uniform structure, dimensional error not exceeding ±2 mm, smooth flat surface, low water absorption, strength equivalent to M50-M150 and density of approximately 1000-1800 kg / m³.
