INTERMEDIATE CLUTCH MECHANISM AND ELECTRIC AND MANUAL OPERATION SWITCHING WITH SPRING-ASSISTED SHAFT SYSTEM FOR ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS

Abstract

The invention relates to an intermediate clutch mechanism and a spring-assisted shaft for switching between electric and manual operation of a rolling door for manual opening and closing in case of an emergency. This mechanism includes an intermediate clutch (B) which, in the event of a power failure, engages the clutch release lever (Bv6) to disconnect the load from the electric motor (A) to the transmission chain and sprocket (C), and switches from electric motor operation mode (A) to manual lifting mode (D) and door body operation mode (F). Thanks to the assistance provided by the spring-assisted shaft (E) installed inside the rolling shaft (D), the door can be easily opened as needed and in case of any emergency.
