Large-capacity hydrothermal and solvent thermal reactor devices

Abstract

The invention relates to a large-capacity hydrothermal and solvent-thermal reaction chamber device for use in material synthesis. The device comprises a pressurized reaction chamber core housed within a heating chamber, forming a sealed chamber containing a heat transfer medium for indirect and uniform heating of the entire reaction volume. A temperature sensor assembly is positioned through the lid and extends into the reaction zone, combined with a pressure control assembly to ensure stable and safe operating conditions. The device also includes a bottom discharge system with a discharge pipe passing through the chamber shell and a coaxial sealing bar mechanism with a sealing mechanism, allowing product recovery without opening the lid. The solution reduces temperature variation and improves material homogeneity on a large scale. |FIG. 1].
