CUTTING-CHOPING DEVICE FOR REDUCING AQUATIC PLANT BIOMASS SIZE

Abstract

The invention describes a shredding unit for reducing the size of aquatic plant biomass, which can be integrated into a self-propelled device or arranged as a standalone unit. The system comprises a primary shredding unit, a collection nozzle, an inlet conveyor with increased adhesion, and a secondary shredding unit with at least one shaft carrying multiple detachable blades. The secondary shredding unit also includes a sieve for controlling the output size, an automatic discharge gate, a load monitoring sensor, an anti-jamming controller, a safety joint, and may be equipped with a vibrating sieve. The invention allows for a reduction in the volume of aquatic plant biomass, increased storage and transport efficiency, reduced downtime, and enhanced automation of the processing system.
