Abstract

This invention proposes a method for optimizing energy efficiency (Energy Saving) in 5G wireless access networks. The method is implemented through the following steps: network state data collection, latent representation learning (VAE), network dynamics prediction, multi-agent policy optimization, and secure action execution. The technical solution enables synchronous coordination between network cells, completely overcoming sparse and delayed rewards by converting event responses into dense prediction signals. With its multimodal stochastic dynamics modeling capabilities, the method maximizes energy savings while ensuring stability and quality of service (QoS) for the entire system.
