A DISTRIBUTED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM WITH SUPER-OPERATIVE FIVE-LAYER CONSCIOUSNESS: REFLECTION – ETHICS – LEGALITY

Abstract

The invention proposes a distributed artificial intelligence system with super-management and five cognitive layers: Task, Interaction, Context, Super-management, and Ethics-Legal, linked via a Cognitive-Management Matrix (GCM) and operating on the principle of transparent reflection-consensus-recovery (RCTR). The system integrates two levels of security control (Human Override and Council Override), along with a hybrid Snapshot-Rollback-Blockchain mechanism to ensure transparency and traceability. Deployment variants support neuromorphic computing for energy optimization and an AI Internet Layer infrastructure allowing connection of multiple independent AI systems. The solution has broad applicability in healthcare, finance, public administration, and Industry 4.0, meeting international patent standards.
